Sam is doing much better. He'll tell me when he needs to go. Sometime he is not going for awhile I'll ask him to sit on and try it. He is so proud of himself when he goes. We have the potty seat from the baby bjorn(the one that puts on the real toilet seat) and Sam loves the idea of flushing the toilet he think it's fun thing to do.
The only problem we have is he won't do the #2 on the potty. He will sit for long time, holds it and will not go. Then when he pulls the underwear up, he goes in the underwear. Sorry it's TMI. I guess it takes a bit longer to PT for #2. I'm very happy with the result so far. It's been only 4 days and he did a great job.

Don't worry - it will all come together!! You can't stress out over it and you don't want to make the PT uneventful for your child either - they might not want to do it anymore. I'm glad to hear that Sam is trying and he's doing his best - GOOD BOY!! We're proud of you!!
We have that same potty seat. Even though Jackie's a bit young for potty training (14 months), we're sitting her on the potty and flushing the toilet just so that she'll get used to it. It looks like you guys are making progress. Hopefully, things will come together soon! Good luck!

Hahaha... Franklin would not do #2 in the toilet for the longest time! He finally did it about a year later. Don't give up though, keep putting him on the seat and one day he'll decide to go!

btw is it Mayflower (the dim sum restaurant) in San Fran? the setting looks familiar. Then again... all dim sum restaurants sort of look the same :)

No, It's Yet wah on clement and 24th ave. It's my Fav dimsum restaurant. Is Mayflower good? Always drive by but I've not try it yet. Is the one on Geary and 27th ave.?
