What a nightmare! PT isn't going so well today. Sam got #2 accident in the morning. It was so painful to clean it. He didn't really want to sit in the potty after that. Then later on at nap time he refused to take a nap for some reasons. He was so over tired and started to loose it. Luckily Max is such a good boy today. Otherwise I don't know what to do.
We didn't really do anythings this weekend. Steve had to work all day today. Hopefully we'll do some fun for the kids next weekend.

what a cutie with those blankets! My 2 yo girl is like that too. I thought she was being too weird when she just can't LIVE WITHOUT her blanket (I have multiple copies of the same one just in case!).
For PT advise... my dd was trained in 3 days and I wrote my stories in my blog (left side menu, under "Potty Train" to see the related blogs). Maybe it might help or may not, b/c each kid is so different... ie, one kid loves to compete with other kid so if you say John's using the potty and Sam might go for it. My dd isn't that type, what worked on her was the power of reward, this is the only time in her life that I gave her unlimited cheetos (the "healthier low fat all natural" kind from trader joe's) whenever she sits on potty, regardless of the result. Also I put on her favorite DVD's at the same time she's sitting on small potty. Another thing we did was no training pants, she went straight from diaper to cotton undies. Well she did wet quite a few of them the first 2 days, stressful, lots of tears, i was upset to see her traumatized like this, but by 2nd/3rd day she finally caught on, and no more accidents. hth
Joshua was trained at 26 months and Ethan was at 28 months... I got lazy training Ethan... (I didn't want my baby to grow up) LoL!!
They both never liked the potty and used the real thing AND they always stand up to pee, so I loved it!
They were both pretty much easy to train and got the hang of it after a few days...... The treat thing really worked for my boys!!!
